Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities-

• Maintain daily books of accounts (Cash, Bank, Journal entries).
• Prepare client invoices, running bills, and final bills as per BOQ & work progress.
• Handle vendor bills, purchase entries, and payment tracking.
• Manage GST compliance – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and e-way bills.
• Track advances, retentions, and project-wise cost & profitability.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client ledgers.
• Coordinate with CA for audits, TDS, GST returns, and statutory filings.
• Maintain records of buyout items, materials, and site expenses.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and monthly summaries.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.

• 3+ years of experience (preferably in interiors, construction, or projects).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software.
• Good coordination skills with vendors, site teams, and management.

Preferred Experience-

Experience in interior / construction industry accounting.

• Knowledge of BOQ-based billing and project costing.
• Handling multiple projects simultaneously.
