Accounts Manager

KISAH is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Professional with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and advanced accounting system operations (preferably in Tally ERP). The role involves managing end-to-end financial processes, ensuring compliance, and generating insightful management reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead and support annual budgeting processes, rolling forecasts, and reforecasting exercises.
• Perform detailed variance analysis to identify, analyze, and explain deviations between actual financial results and budgets.
• Maintain and manage advanced ledgers and group structures by creating detailed Charts of Accounts and custom reporting groups.
• Allocate expenses and revenues efficiently to departments, projects, or products using cost centres and categories for profitability tracking.
• Configure and maintain GST settings, including GST rates, HSN/SAC codes, and types, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Generate and reconcile GST reports (GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR-3B) directly from Tally.
• Set up and maintain TDS masters for various sections and deductees; ensure accurate calculation, deduction, and reporting of TDS.
• Prepare TDS reports and file e-TDS returns within statutory timelines.
• Customize Tally reports such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements based on management requirements.
• Knowledge in Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Generate and review exception reports (e.g., negative stock, overdue receivables) to identify anomalies and areas requiring attention.
• Conduct financial ratio analysis using Tally’s tools and Excel exports to support business insights and performance tracking.

Required Skills:

Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP),

Experience with ERP systems

(SAP, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
