Job Description

1. Manage customer interactions across as per roster
2. Demonstrate ownership and accountability in all customer interactions
3. Communicate with customers in an appropriate tone and language
4. Provide solution-based resolutions and educate customers wherever possible
5. Ensure adherence to product, process, system, and policy guidelines
6. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
7. Meet defined timelines and service standards
8. Adhere to all contact center policies, procedures, and code of conduct

Education & Experience

1. Education: 10+2 / Graduation in any discipline
2. 24/7 process - 6 days working in rotational shift & 1 rotational week off
3. IT Assets / Internet requirement - Candidate must have their own Laptop/Desktop/mobile device with stable internet connectivity & noise free workspace at home.
