Bello Vista Technologies is hiring Affiliate Marketing Specialist

responsible for managing performance-based marketing programs, recruiting

partners (affiliates, influencers, coupon sites) to promote products,

optimizing campaigns for sales/leads, analyzing data (ROI, conversions), and

fostering relationships to drive revenue and brand reach, collaborating with

internal teams for assets like creatives and landing pages. The person

should be able to resolve issues independently or find answers without

constant direction. Candidate should be comfortable operating with limited

hand-holding

Key duties include onboarding partners, tracking performance, negotiating

terms, providing resources, and ensuring campaigns align with broader

marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage affiliate marketing

campaigns and programs.

Partner Acquisition: Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with

affiliates, content creators, and influencers.

Campaign Optimization: Monitor performance, analyze data (ROI, conversion

rates), and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

Performance Tracking: Track sales, traffic, and conversion metrics using

analytics tools.

Collaboration: Work with content, design, and marketing teams to provide

necessary creatives, banners, and landing pages.

Reporting: Analyze results and report on KPIs to stakeholders.

Strategy & Research: Identify new affiliate opportunities, research

competitors, and stay updated on industry trends.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Strong B2B / wholesale focus as the primary priority

Research and identify peptide companies, resellers, clinics, labs, and

wholesalers

Map what competitors are doing, what products they push, pricing approaches,

channels used, and gaps

Identify and qualify potential wholesale targets

Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent skills for building partner relationships and negotiating deals.

Understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and e-commerce.

Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Admitad, Trackier) and analytics

tools (Google Analytics).

Proven experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

Key Deliverables

Outreach and engagement experience across WhatsApp, Telegram, Reddit

(forums, subreddits, DMs, comment engagement)

Email (including building and managing outbound sequences)

Recruite and manage affiliate network.

Optimize campaigns for increased sales and ROI.

Performance reports and data analysis.

Affiliate resources (creatives, links).

Research contacts and decision-makers independently

Start conversations, gather intelligence, and document findings

Build repeatable processes and SOPs

Train and ramp additional reps using those processes

Affiliate discovery and outreach

Understanding what RUO companies are using for traffic, affiliates, content,

platforms, and tools

Helping train others on affiliate sourcing and engagement
