Job Description
The Assistant Manager – HR (Talent Acquisition) will lead end-to-end hiring for BPO voice, non-voice, and blended processes, with a strong focus on high-volume/bulk hiring. The role is responsible for building strong candidate funnels, managing multiple sourcing channels (walk-ins, campus, consultants, social, job boards), improving time-to-hire, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience while maintaining offer-to-join conversion and attrition at offer stage within targets.
