Position Overview:

We’re seeking a young, energetic, and dynamic male Assistant Sales Manager with a pleasing personality and strong sales and business development skills. The ideal candidate is a graduate who can build rapport easily, convert leads into clients, and make every visitor feel comfortable and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert walk-in and online leads into memberships and service bookings.
• Promote and upsell salon memberships, packages, and retail products.
• Engage customers with confidence and build lasting relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Deliver a personalized and premium customer experience.
• Track and report daily sales performance and conversions.

Preferred Experience:

• Candidates from luxury retail (Nykaa Luxe, Sephora, Zara, H&M, etc.), premium hospitality, nightclubs, lifestyle brands, Event Management or fitness centers will be preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales
• Target Oriented
