Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back-End Executive (Female) to manage bank loan login processes through bank and NBFC CRM portals. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, accuracy in data handling, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle the loan login process in various Bank and NBFC CRM portals.
• Upload customer documents and complete data entry accurately.
• Coordinate with sales teams regarding pending documents and application status.
• Track loan application progress and maintain records.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and resolve discrepancies with banks/NBFC teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and sensitive documents.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports related to loan processing activities.
• Requirements Male candidates only.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
• Good knowledge of computer operations, MS Office, and CRM portals.
• Experience in the finance or loan processing sector is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
