Back Office Executive

• Job Responsibilities: Handle back office operations and daily administrative work
• Update courier details, track shipments, and share tracking info with customers
• Manage order execution from order received to dispatch
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for order processing and follow-ups
• Regular supplier follow-up for stock availability, delivery timelines, and updates
• Create and post basic social media content (product posts, offers, updates) on Facebook/Instagram
• Maintain records of orders, dispatches, and returns
• Support customer queries related to orders and delivery status
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Prior experience in e-commerce / clothing business will be an added advantage
• Preferred Candidate: Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with suppliers and logistics partners
• Willing to learn and grow with the business
