Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of coffee brewing, hands-on machine operation skills, and a customer-first approach to service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve espresso-based beverages, manual brews, and specialty drinks
• Ensure consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
• Follow standard recipes, brewing techniques, and café SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, and work area
• Take customer orders accurately and assist guests with menu recommendations
• Handle POS billing and cash transactions responsibly
• Assist with basic stock handling, inventory checks, and wastage control
• Support team members during peak hours for smooth café operations
• Skills & RequirementsProven experience in coffee brewing with the ability to independently operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment
• Strong brewing skills with hands-on experience in operating coffee machines is mandatory
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and team-player mindset
• Prior café or specialty coffee experience preferred

Salary Range₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & skill level)
