Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista who will be responsible for coffee brewing, customer service, table service, and maintaining cleanliness standards. The candidate should have good knowledge of coffee preparation, machine handling, and hospitality service.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Coffee Brewing & Beverage Preparation

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, mocha, cold coffee, and specialty drinks.

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment properly.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Maintain proper calibration and cleaning of coffee machines.
• Follow standard recipes and SOPs.
• 2. Customer Service

Greet customers politely and take orders accurately.

• Suggest menu items and promote specialty beverages.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain friendly and positive communication with guests.
• 3. Table Service

Serve food and beverages to customers at tables.

• Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
• Take feedback from guests during service.
• 4. Table Clearance & Cleanliness

Clear used dishes, cups, and plates from tables promptly.

• Reset tables for next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area at all times.
• 5. Glassware & Utensil

HandlingClean and sanitize cups, saucers, spoons, pitchers, and glassware.

• Ensure proper washing and storage of all beverage equipment.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• 6. Billing & Cash HandlingHandle POS billing system.
• Accept cash, UPI, and card payments.
• Maintain daily sales records and support closing reports.

• 7. Opening & Closing:

DutiesAssist in café opening and closing procedures.

• Check stock levels and inform management for replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar counter and service areas.
• Requirements:6 months to 2 years of experience as Barista (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of espresso machine and coffee brewing.
• Good communication skills.
• Presentable and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts.
