Key Responsibilities

1. Sales ManagementMonitor

  • daily sales performance of all outlets.
  • Analyze sales trends, peak hours, and product demand.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for outlets.
  • Work with outlet managers to increase revenue and improve customer service.
  • Identify low-performing outlets and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper pricing, promotions, and upselling strategies are implemented.
  • Monitor online delivery platform sales (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).

2. Production Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate with the central kitchen for daily production planning.
  • Forecast product demand based on outlet sales data.
  • Ensure sufficient production to avoid stockouts or wastage.
  • Align production schedules with sales forecasts and outlet demand.
  • Monitor production cost and yield efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth distribution from central kitchen to outlets.

3. Outlet Operations Management

  • Ensure outlets maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock movement.
  • Ensure product availability during peak hours.
  • Supervise store managers and outlet staff.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

4. Inventory & Cost Control

  • Monitor ingredient consumption vs production output.
  • Reduce food wastage and operational losses.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ingredient availability.
  • Maintain control over food cost and production cost.
  • Review ingredient usage and variance reports.

5. Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on:

  • Outlet sales performance
  • Production output
  • Inventory usage
  • Wastage and variance
  • Analyze sales data to recommend:
  • New products
  • Menu improvements
  • Pricing changes

6. Team Leadership

  • Manage outlet managers and production coordination staff.
  • Train teams on sales strategies and operational standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Ensure strong communication between central kitchen and outlets.
