Beverage Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Beverage Specialist to be the face of our new aesthetic window cafe. You will be responsible for crafting the perfect cup of "Kadak" tea, filter-style coffee, and refreshing local drinks for a high-footfall crowd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brewing Excellence:Prepare high-quality Masala/Elaichi tea and frothy filter-style coffee consistently.
• Consistency: Ensure every drink has the same taste, temperature throughout the day.
• Customer Service: Greet customers at the window with a smile and manage orders quickly during rush hours.
• Ingredient Management: Manage daily inventory.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless area and ensure all utensils (kettles, cups) are cleaned as per hygiene standards.
• Speed & Efficiency: Ability to serve multiple cups quickly during peak morning and evening hours on the main road.
• Billing Assistance: Occasionally assist with billing or order taking during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a tea stall, cafe, or restaurant.
• Skills: Deep knowledge of brewing techniques and flavor balance.
• Attitude: Punctual, honest, and friendly toward customers.
