Job Opportunity: Customer Service Executive (Bilingual)

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the voice of our brand, assisting customers with inquiries and providing seamless translation support.

Key Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Hindi and Bengali (Verbal and Written).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a "customer-first" mindset.
• Education: Graduates are preferred; however, motivated Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Basic translation abilities to assist diverse customer segments.

Work Schedule

Shifts: No night shifts for female employees working windows from 7AM to 8PM Rotational shifts (any 9-hours windows).Male candidates working windows is 24*7 any 9 hours rotational shifts including night.

Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week-off.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly CTC: ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 (depends on the 1st round of interview based upon their skill set.
