Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage the entire operations of our casting agency branch. The role requires complete ownership of A-to-Z branch functioning, including casting operations, talent management, client coordination, team leadership, revenue generation, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities.

• Branch Operations (A to Z Ownership)Manage complete day-to-day operations of the branch
• Ensure smooth execution of casting activities, auditions, and client requirements
• Maintain compliance with company SOPs and operational standards
• Casting & Talent ManagementOversee casting for TV commercials, films, web series, print ads, and digital content
• Build, manage, and update a strong database of actors, kids, models, and artists
• Coordinate auditions, screen tests, shortlisting, and final selections
• Ensure professional conduct and proper documentation for all artists
• Client & Industry Coordination Liaise with production houses, directors, ad agencies, and digital platforms
• Understand project requirements and deliver suitable talent within timelines
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Team Leadership & HR Coordination Lead, guide, and monitor branch staff including casting coordinators and executives
• Ensure punctuality, performance, and discipline within the team
• Coordinate hiring, training, and performance reviews in collaboration with HR
• Plan team engagement and skill-development activities
• Business Development & RevenueDrive branch targets, revenue growth, and profitability
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and institutional tie-ups
• Promote paid workshops, registrations, and talent onboarding programs
• Marketing & Brand BuildingOversee branch-level marketing initiatives and social media presence
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and casting calls
• Ensure strong visibility of the agency in the local market
• Reporting & DocumentationPrepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Track casting success rates, revenue, team productivity, and client feedback
• Maintain accurate records, contracts, and financial coordination
