Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients and your team also..

Understand clients’ financial goals and provide suitable life insurance and investment solutions.

Achieve Incentive for monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.

Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial advisory will be an added advantage.
