Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and online platforms
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Support proposal preparation and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM and sales-related documentation
Preferred Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (service industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing setup
- Experience with B2B clients will be an added advantage
