Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients/students through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote training and placement programs to colleges and individuals.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the HR and Operations team to streamline business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

• During Training: ₹12,000/month (Fixed) + Incentives
• After Confirmation: CTC ₹5 LPA (₹3 LPA Fixed + ₹2 LPA Variable)
