Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and guide them through the Universities courses & admission process.
- Counsel and convert leads into enrolments for various educational programs.
- Maintain clear and effective follow-up communication.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly achievements of calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain soft copy records and update the CRM.
- Communicating the learner’s details and reporting to the authorised management after completing the given task.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall team goals.
- Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
