Job Description
- Job Responsibilities: Generate new business for Bajaj Allianz through field visits, leads, and referrals
- Promote and sell insurance products (life/general/health — as applicable)
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and partners
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Conduct follow-ups for renewals, policy servicing, and customer queries
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and IRDA guidelines
- Required Skills: Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good sales attitude and customer relationship ability
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated
- Basic computer and smartphone usage
- Qualifications:12th Pass / Graduate (as per product & IRDA norms)
- Experience in Insurance / BFSI / Direct Sales preferred
