Sales Associate (Telecalling – Sacred & Precious Stones) – Kolkata

Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata (Work from Office)

Office Timings: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM | Weekly Off: Thursday (6-day workweek)

Salary: Up to  ₹6 LPA

  • What You’ll DoConsultative Telecalling – Connect with inbound leads and guide them toward the right gemstone or sacred product.
  • Understand Customer Needs – Build rapport, identify preferences, and offer meaningful recommendations.
  • Explain Product Value – Clearly communicate authenticity, benefits, and pricing.
  •  Drive Sales – Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • CRM & Follow-ups – Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with potential buyers.
  • What We’re Looking ForEducation: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Communication: Strong spoken Hindi/English, clear articulation, and persuasive ability.
  • Sales Aptitude: 2+ years of Team Lead Experience in sales
  • Mindset: Confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling high-value conversations.
  • Interest in Product Domain: Genuine curiosity or openness toward gemstones and sacred wellness.


Note: Candidates must have a personal laptop or be willing to rent one for work.
