Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growth team. As a BDA, you’ll play a key role in acquiring new users, identifying partnership opportunities, and scaling our customer base across India and globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through outbound outreach, social media, and networking.
• Pitch about our platform and offerings to potential clients (freelancers, small business owners, agencies, etc.).
• Onboard and educate customers on how to use the our platform effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and improve offerings.
• Monitor sales metrics and report performance regularly.
• Attend webinars, workshops, or virtual events to promote our brand.

Requirements

• Basic Knowledge of Computer or Mobile.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Bangla, Hindi & English).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
• Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of digital products and SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of website building or digital marketing is a plus.
