🎯 Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth through digital channels. This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who’s proactive, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.

✅ Eligibility & Skills

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream)

Experience: 0–1 year (preferably in IT services or digital marketing)

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; English medium schooling preferred

Digital Fluency:

Proficient in LinkedIn outreach and social media engagement

Comfortable with email marketing, lead generation, and online research

Sales & Marketing Acumen:

Understanding of IT services (web, mobile, cloud, AI, etc.)

Ability to pitch solutions, follow up with prospects, and close deals

Knowledge of B2B,B2C sales funnels and client onboarding processes

Mindset:

Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented

Willing to take ownership and work independently
