Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for converting enquiries into enrollments and building strong relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, and partner institutions. The role primarily involves calling and closing leads over the phone, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process for Vedic Mathematics courses offered by Vedic Maths Forum India.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a results-driven approach to sales and relationship management.

  • Lead Conversion: Call incoming leads and enquiries and provide clear information about Vedic Maths courses and programs.
  • Convert prospective leads into confirmed enrollments through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students, parents, and institutions.
  • Track leads and ensure timely communication until closure.
  • Re-engage inactive leads and nurture them towards enrollment.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
  • Address queries, concerns, and provide guidance regarding course offerings.
  • Sales Coordination: Maintain records of all leads, calls, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the operations and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
  • Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
  • Database Management: Update and manage the CRM or lead management system.
  • Maintain an organized database of enquiries and prospective clients.
