Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Advertising (BTL) Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key clients, and strategically selling BTL advertising solutions across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for advertising sales. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners. Understand their business needs to tailor advertising solutions effectively.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Focus on delivering results through targeted advertising solutions.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches: Prepare and present compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value of our advertising products and services.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless delivery of advertising campaigns. Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and work with clients to finalize contracts and close deals. Handle objections and overcome challenges to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets. Provide forecasts and sales projections to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years Proven experience in BTL advertising sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage key accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
