Business Development Manager (BDM) – Cosmetic Division


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business strategy, with experience in the beauty and personal care industry.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Sales:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

2. Market Research & Strategy:

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Develop innovative marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

• Identify potential partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand reach.

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Work closely with salons, spas, retailers, and online platforms to promote products.

• Provide training and support to clients on product knowledge and usage.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Product Management:

• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure products align with market demands.

• Assist in new product launches and oversee brand positioning.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient supply chain management.

5. Digital & Retail Expansion:

• Work on expanding online and offline sales channels.

• Develop partnerships with e-commerce platforms and modern trade retailers.

• Implement digital marketing strategies for brand awareness.

6. Reporting & Analysis:

• Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.

• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Manage budgets and optimize resources for maximum ROI.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the cosmetics/beauty industry.

• Strong understanding of beauty trends, skincare, and personal care products.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.

• Willingness to travel for business expansion.
