Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at Netspeak Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B IT software, cloud, and cybersecurity sales, developing new client relationships, and achieving business growth targets. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, communication, and building long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with new B2B clients
- Promote and sell IT software licenses, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity products
- Conduct product presentations and solution discussions with prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, and references
- Maintain client database and track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance and market insights
Required Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate (IT Sales experience preferred)
Experience & Salary:
- 2 years of B2B / IT Sales experience: ₹17,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on skills & knowledge)
Dress Code: Formal
Incentives: Performance-based incentives as per targets achieved
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of IT software, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions preferred
