Job Description

ZITA TELECOM PRIVATE LIMITED is a Private company incorporated on 26 Dec 2020. We are a ISP (Internet Service Provider) . We have different branches located all over West Bengal.

We are seeking for Business Development Manager in our Company.


A Telecom Business Development Manager drives revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and selling connectivity/IT solutions (ISP, Cloud, Data Center). They target enterprise customers, manage the full sales cycle, and build pipelines to exceed sales quotas. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, negotiation, and market analysis. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B telecom products, including cloud solutions, leased lines, data center services, and ISP services.
  • Client Acquisition: Prospect new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signature.
  • Account Management: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, addressing client needs to ensure retention and up selling.
  • Strategy & Reporting: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches and provide accurate forecasts to management.
  • Collaboration: Work with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to create custom proposals and deliver solutions. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in telecom sales, B2B.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecom services (ISP, Data Center, P2P connectivity) and market dynamics.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presentations, proposals, and client rapport. 


Candidate must be willing to relocate to Bongaon-> Barasat / Berhampore / Krishnagar if he gets selected.
