We are Looking for professionals having experience in Consultancy Based Value Selling of IT Software Solution at Enterprise level.


Job Title: Business Development Manager


Brief Job Description:


1.   Drive the Revenue Goal of the Organization passionately.

2.   Gather the details of businesses from the identified segments and potential customers.

3.   Make Sales call to create business opportunities.

4.   Meeting the right stakeholders in the organization.

5.   Understand client's nature of Business, the present Business Processes, pain-points if any, future growth plan etc.

6.   Gather broad requirements to understand product fitment.

7.   Arrange product demonstration.

8.   Understand the procurement process and various stakeholders involved, those who impact the purchase decision.

9.   Coordinate cross functional team to assess requirement in details and help to decide the final scope.

10. Develop and maintain relationships with different stakeholders.

11. Prepare/Assist the team to prepare proposal.

12. Timely follow-up to ensure sales closure and on-time collection.

13. Develop expertise and product knowledge in the complete suite of products offered.

Skills & Qualifications:


1. Educational Background:

 - A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is often preferred. A master’s degree or MBA can be and added advantage.


2. Industry Knowledge:

 - Understanding of ERP systems and their applications in various industries, such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, healthcare, or finance. Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and trends is beneficial.


3. Technical Proficiency:

 - Familiarity with any ERP software solutions and its functionalities. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


4. Sales Experience:

 - Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in enterprise software solutions or IT services. Experience with consultative selling and complex sales cycles is valuable.


5. Consultative Selling Skills:

 - Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments, understand client pain points, and tailor ERP solutions to meet specific business requirements. Strong problem-solving skills to propose effective solutions.


6. Communication Skills:

 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with C-level executives, IT professionals, and other stakeholders. Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.


7. Negotiation and Closing Skills:

 - Proficiency in negotiating contract terms, pricing, and closing deals. Ability to handle objections and navigate through procurement processes.


8. Customer Relationship Management

 - Strong relationship-building skills to establish trust and credibility with clients. Ability to maintain long-term relationships and uncover upsell or cross-sell opportunities.


9. Project Management Skills:

 - Basic understanding of project management principles to coordinate implementation timelines and ensure successful deployment of ERP solutions.


10. Adaptability and Learning Agility:

  - Willingness to stay updated with industry trends, new ERP functionalities, and competitive landscape. Ability to adapt to evolving customer needs and market conditions.
