Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage entire business operations
- Prepare and execute monthly & quarterly business plans
- Define sales targets, marketing strategy, and growth roadmap
- Monitor online & offline sales performance
- Supervise all department heads and key staff
- Approve marketing campaigns, live show strategy, and promotions
- Track P&L, margins, cost control, and profitability
- Review daily MIS, sales reports, and performance dashboards
- Ensure SOP adherence across departments
- Coordinate with the owner for strategic decisions
