We are inviting applications from motivated and dedicated CA students who are looking to start their Articleship Training and gain practical exposure in accounting, taxation, and corporate compliances.

📍 Location: Kolkata

🎓 Position: CA Article Assistant

Qualification: Students who have cleared CA Intermediate (Group I / Both Groups) and are eligible to start Articleship under ICAI.

Training Exposure & Work Areas

During the articleship period, the candidate will get practical exposure in the following areas:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintenance of books of accounts in Tally / other accounting software
• Preparation of financial statements, balance sheet, and profit & loss accounts
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

2. GST Compliance

• Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 etc.)
• GST reconciliation and input credit verification
• Handling GST portal related work and compliance tracking

3. Income Tax

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies
• Preparation of computation of income
• Assistance in tax planning and advisory

4. TDS Compliance

• TDS calculation and return filing (24Q, 26Q, etc.)
• TDS reconciliation and verification with Form 26AS / AIS

5. Audit Work

• Assistance in Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, and Internal Audit
• Verification of financial records and supporting documents
• Preparation of audit working papers

6. Corporate & ROC Compliances

• Exposure to MCA portal filings
• Assistance in company and LLP compliance work
• Preparation of basic documents related to corporate filings

7. Other Professional Work

• Client coordination for documentation and compliance
• Learning practical aspects of GST, Income Tax, and corporate laws

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Audit
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
• Good communication and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a professional environment and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and commitment towards professional development
