Job Post: Call Centre Supervisor (Fast-Track to Team Leader)


Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on Call Centre Supervisor to lead our sales team. This is a performance-driven role with a clear growth path: prove your results, and you will be promoted to Team Leader. You will monitor live calls, train agents, and jump in to upsell whenever targets are lagging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of agents to hit daily and monthly revenue targets.
  • Live Training: Conduct real-time "whisper coaching" and mock-call sessions to improve agent closing rates.
  • Performance Recovery: Monitor KPIs daily. If the team is underperforming, you must implement upselling strategies immediately to bridge the gap.
  • Lead by Example: Be ready to take over difficult calls to demonstrate how to close a sale or increase ticket size.
  • UK Shift Operations: Ensure discipline, attendance, and high energy during the 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM window.
  • Daily Reporting: Provide clear data to management on team productivity and conversion ratios.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a Call Centre; minimum 1 year in a leadership/Senior Agent role.
  • Sales Expert: You must have a "Sales DNA"—comfortable with upselling and handling objections.
  • Communication: Fluent English is mandatory (must be able to converse with UK-based customers).
  • Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working the 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (UK Shift).
