Job Description

Bodacious Academy is looking for a Career Counsellor who is confident, energetic, and has excellent communication skills. The candidate should have experience in outbound calling and should be able to guide students regarding our beauty and professional courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads/students and explain course details
• Counsel students and guide them for the right course selection
• Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally
• Maintain proper follow-up and conversion of leads into admissions
• Update lead data and maintain enquiry records
• Coordinate with the team for admissions and student support
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and admission targets

Required Profile:

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in outbound calling / telecalling / counselling
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi + Bengali/English (preferred)
• Good convincing and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp / calling apps is a plus
• Friendly, confident, and professional attitude
