About UsLife Energy Center is a wellness center offering Pranic Healing, a no-touch energy-based technique that helps improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

We conduct healing sessions and structured training courses through physical classes at our center.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Center Coordinator to manage lead generation, counseling coordination, client handling, and marketing activities for our Pranic Healing programs.

This role involves both online and offline marketing, along with end-to-end management of client journey from enquiry to enrollment.

• Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & MarketingExecute social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
• Promote Pranic Healing through local outreach, colleges, corporates, and communities
• Coordinate with digital marketing agency for campaigns
• Generate and manage leads
• 2. Lead Handling & ConversionContact leads and schedule online counseling sessions
• Ensure timely follow-up and conversion to center visits
• Maintain high conversion from enquiry → visit → paid healing → course enrollment
• 3. CRM & Process ManagementMaintain and update CRM system
• Track leads, follow-ups, visits, and conversions
• Coordinate with CRM developer for system improvements
• 4. Center OperationsManage daily activities at the center
• Coordinate healing sessions and workshops
• Ensure smooth experience for clients
• 5. Client Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with clients
• Manage WhatsApp communication and follow-ups
• Encourage referrals and repeat participation
• 6. Distant Healing CoordinationCreate and manage WhatsApp groups for clients
• Coordinate between healer and client
• Ensure proper tracking of healing sessions and feedback
• Key RequirementsGraduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years experience in sales / marketing / customer handling (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Comfortable with CRM tools and WhatsApp communication
• Interest in wellness, healing, or personal development is an advantage
