Role Overview

As a Client Experience & Event Relations Executive, you will be the face of Papillon for assigned clients. From the first interaction to event day execution, your role is to ensure seamless communication, premium service, and a memorable client journey.

This position blends communication, coordination, lifestyle exposure, and client engagement, making it ideal for confident professionals who enjoy events, branding, and relationship management.



Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client vision, expectations, and brand tone
  • Maintain warm, professional, and consistent communication
  • Build trust that converts into repeat and referral business



 

 

Event Planning & On-Ground Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners
  • Support event planning, timelines, and execution schedules
  • Be present at events to ensure smooth client experience
  • Handle last-minute client requirements with confidence



Business Support & Brand Growth

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and estimates
  • Support client meetings, walkthroughs, and recce visits
  • Follow up on approvals, feedback, and post-event closures
  • Identify upselling opportunities to enhance event value



Communication & Reporting

  • Draft professional emails, WhatsApp updates, and MOMs
  • Maintain event trackers and client status reports
  • Ensure all client communications reflect Papillon’s premium brand image



Client Happiness & Brand Representation

  • Deliver a stress-free and delightful client experience
  • Address concerns calmly and proactively
  • Represent Papillon with elegance, etiquette, and professionalism



Who Should Apply

  • Female candidates preferred (client-facing role)
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
  • 1–2 years’ experience in events, hospitality, PR, or client servicing is an advantage
  • Confident, well-spoken, presentable, and organised
  • Comfortable with flexible work hours during events
