Client Relationship Manager

• Strong communication & relationship management skills (Hindi & English mandatory)
• 1. Client Relationship & Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely resolution through coordination with the Research and Compliance teams.
• 2. Team Coordination :
• Coordinate between research analysts, sales, and customer support departments to ensure smooth communication flow.
• Monitor delivery timelines of reports, updates, and communication to clients.
• Assist in organizing internal review meetings, maintaining client data, and preparing performance reports.

3. Business Development Support :

• Assist management in onboarding new clients through warm leads or referrals.
• Help design customer engagement campaigns, webinars, and follow-up processes.
