Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Customers se outstanding payments ke liye regular follow-up karna (calls / WhatsApp / email)
- Daily basis par debtor outstanding report maintain karna
- Payment commitments lena aur uska proper follow-up karna
- Overdue accounts identify karna aur escalate karna (agar required ho)
- Accounts team ke saath coordination karke payment status update karna
- Payment entries aur collection records maintain karna
- Dispute ya billing issues ko identify karke resolve karwana
