Collection Telecaller

Trishul Communication is hiring Collection Telecallers to handle overdue payment follow-ups and recovery calls. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, reminding them about pending dues, and ensuring timely payment collection in a professional manner.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for pending payment reminders
• Follow up regularly on overdue accounts
• Negotiate and convince customers to clear dues
• Maintain accurate records of calls and payment updates in the system
• Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets

Escalate critical cases to the supervisor when required
