Job Summary

Syona Experience Café is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Commi 3 / Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen activities while following hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in basic food preparation and ingredient cutting.
• Help in basic ingredient preparation as guided by the senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
• Wash utensils, kitchen equipment, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper storage of food items as per safety guidelines.
• Support in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in plating and presentation when required.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations (experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
