Roles and Responsibilities

• Research trending topics across multiple niches (finance, health, tech, motivation, food, lifestyle, entertainment).
• Write short, punchy video scripts (30–60 seconds and long videos of 10-90 minutes) tailored for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, FB, FB Reels.
• Develop compelling storytelling hooks to maximize audience retention and shareability.
• Optimize scripts for keywords and SEO tags to increase organic discoverability.
• Coordinate with Video Creator to ensure the scripts are effectively visualized into engaging videos.
• Produce catchy titles, captions, and hashtags to amplify engagement.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent daily publishing across 100+ assets.
• Repurpose long-form ideas into multiple short scripts for viral scaling.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead to test what formats work best.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong writing skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Ability to write crisp, engaging, and story-driven scripts suitable for short-form video.
• Research-oriented mindset with awareness of global content trends.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-output environments (30–50 scripts/day team target).
• Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization preferred.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and adaptability.
• Experience: 1–3 years in digital content writing, storytelling, or copywriting.
