Role OverviewAs a Credit Card Sales & Support Executive, you will be the voice and face of trusted financial brands. Your goal is to help customers understand, apply for, and benefit from top-tier credit card products — while delivering an excellent experience.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers via calls, chat, and email
2. Clearly explain benefits, eligibility, and rewards of various credit cards
3. Assist customers through online application and login processes
4. Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions
5. Maintain accurate CRM entries and lead documentation
6. Coordinate with bank back-office teams for smooth onboarding
7. Meet or exceed monthly targets for approved applications
8. Cross-sell related financial products like loans or insurance
9. Ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation
