CRM Executive

 We’re Hiring: CRM Marketer (0–2 Years Experience) | Fintech Startup

Are you someone who loves understanding user behavior, crafting engaging communication, and driving growth through data? We’re looking for a CRM Marketer to join our team and help us build and scale our customer engagement engine from the ground up.

You’ll be part of a 0 to 1 journey, working closely with the core team to shape how we communicate with users across the lifecycle. This is not just execution—you’ll help define the playbook.

👥 Reporting to: Performance Marketing Specialist

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns across channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications)

* Support user lifecycle marketing—onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement

* Segment users based on behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns

* Work with marketing and product teams to improve customer journeys and conversion funnels

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights

* A/B test messaging, creatives, and timing to optimize engagement and conversions

* Maintain CRM tools and ensure data hygiene and accuracy

* Coordinate with design/content teams to create compelling communication

🎯 What we’re looking for:

* 0–2 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing (freshers with strong internships are welcome)

* Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage, HubSpot, etc.)

* Strong analytical mindset with comfort in working with data and metrics

* Good communication and copywriting skills

* High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment

✨ Bonus Points:

* Experience in fintech, startups, or growth marketing

* Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or marketing automation tools
