1. Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls 📞
• Provide accurate information regarding services, reports, and appointments
• Resolve patient/customer queries in a polite and professional manner
• Register patients and manage appointment scheduling
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Coordinate with laboratory and other departments when required
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

1. Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Bengali, Hindi, English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge 💻
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Qualification

• Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
• Graduate preferred

Experience

• Freshers can apply
• 1–2 years experience in customer service / call center / hospital preferred
