We have an urgent requirement FOR FRESHERS as well as EXPERIENCED (Experienced candidates MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL BPO VOICE ) With good Communication Skill In English for our International Voice Process.

Positions we are hiring for - Customer Care Executive(fresher & Experience both will be elligible)

SR.CCE(Someone who knows how to close calls for outbound International Calls ) 

Team Leaders(Someone who has hands- on experience in handling team in or Call Closure in International process)

FRESHERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ROLE & CUSTOMER SUPPORT ROLE.

 FULL TIME NIGHT SHIFT – 9:30pm to 6:30am / EVENING SHIFT- 5:30PM tp 9:45PM (CCE / SR. CCE /TL/ )           

Eligibility –

1.  Ability to Speak In English Fluently (Mandatory) 

2. Education Minimum 12 Pass and Above 

3. Age Limit 18 to 45 Yrs  

4. Desired Candidate Profile: • Excellent Communication Skill • Willing to Work on Fixed Night Shift for US shift • Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls effectively.
