Job Description
Telesales & Telecalling:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products/services
- Follow up with old leads
- Handle inbound customer queries via live chat – clear, quick, and responses
- Provide instant solutions, suggest products, and upsell
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads from multiple channels
Maintain detailed records of calls, chats, and follow-ups
- Update lead status and customer details
- Generate daily and weekly reports
- Strong communication skills
Comfortable with both voice and chat-based customer handling
- Experience in telesales or customer support
- Basic knowledge of CRMs, Excel/Google Sheets, and data tools
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
- HANDLE WHATSAPP AND CHATS AND PROVIDE ANSWERS TO THEM
- HANDLE THE SALES LEAD AND CONVERT ITINTO SALES
- PROVIDE RESOLUTION OF QUERY TO THE CUSTOMER
- HANDLE INCOMING CALLS
