Role Overview-
The Australian Customer Care Support – Voice Process executive will handle outbound calls from Australian customers. The role involves assisting customers with product or service inquiries, doing surveys, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound/Inbound calls from Australian customers.
- Asking no obligation questions for the product to the customers.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and excellent communication.
- Record customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Follow company guidelines, call scripts, and compliance procedures.
- Generating leads for the surveys.
Required Skills -
- Strong spoken English communication and clear pronunciation.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an international call center environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
