Role Overview-

The Australian Customer Care Support – Voice Process executive will handle outbound calls from Australian customers. The role involves assisting customers with product or service inquiries, doing surveys, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound/Inbound calls from Australian customers.
  • Asking no obligation questions for the product to the customers.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette and excellent communication.
  • Record customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
  • Follow company guidelines, call scripts, and compliance procedures.
  • Generating leads for the surveys.


Required Skills -

  • Strong spoken English communication and clear pronunciation.
  • Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in an international call center environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
