Job Description –

  • Handle outbound/inbound calls for customer interaction
  • Conduct survey processes (e.g., health insurance, solar campaigns)
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain customer records and data entry
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet daily/weekly targets and KPIs
  • Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines
  • Proficiency in English and good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations and CRM tools
  • Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Problem-solving attitude and patience

Shift Timings -

  • Monday-Friday -> 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Saturday: Half Day
  • Sunday: Fixed Off
