Job Description –
- Handle outbound/inbound calls for customer interaction
- Conduct survey processes (e.g., health insurance, solar campaigns)
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain customer records and data entry
- Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet daily/weekly targets and KPIs
- Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines
- Proficiency in English and good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and CRM tools
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Problem-solving attitude and patience
Shift Timings -
- Monday-Friday -> 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Saturday: Half Day
- Sunday: Fixed Off
