Job Description

The Customer Care Executive (CCE) at Dugar Honda in Kolkata is primarily a telecalling and relationship management role focused on service retention and customer satisfaction for their two-wheeler showrooms. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Telecalling: Proactively call customers to remind them of upcoming or overdue vehicle services.
  • Inquiry Management: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing accurate information about Honda products, service packages, and dealership policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve customer complaints or concerns related to vehicle service, billing, or documentation.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM software to track service history and feedback.
  • Customer Feedback: Capture and document feedback on the customer's showroom or service experience to help improve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or products that enhance the customer's vehicle ownership experience. 

Job Details & Requirements

  • Salary Range: Approximately ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month, often based on interview performance and experience.
  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass; some listings specify a preference for female candidates.
  • Experience: Generally requires 6 month – 1 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, though freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.
  • Skills: Basic computer knowledge (Excel), fluency in the local bengali language, and "thoda" (basic) hindi proficiency.
  • Work Schedule: Typically 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Rotationaly weekly off
