Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

MyPustak.com is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and general support. The candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and the ability to resolve issues quickly while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and support tickets
• Resolve issues related to order tracking, delivery delays, RTO, wrong/missing items
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, accounts) to close complaints
• Assist customers with returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM / Excel sheets
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue closure and satisfaction
• Escalate critical issues to seniors when required
• Support day-to-day operational tasks related to customer service and order management
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• 0–2 years experience in customer support / e-commerce support (freshers can apply)
• Strong communication skills in English + Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email writing
• Ability to multitask and handle high volume of customer queries
• Calm, patient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in e-commerce customer support is a plus
• Understanding of courier and shipment terms like RTO, POD, NDR, tracking
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Working Hours6 days working (1 weekly off)
• Shift timing: (10:00AM TO 7:00 PM)
