Assisted Service is a personalized matchmaking service offering assistance to busy professionals or people who need assistance in their partner search. We have efficient Relationship Managers who find joy and pride in helping our members find their soul mates. The Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metrics guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects and assisting them in finding suitable partners.

### **Key Responsibilities**

1. Welcoming the customer on-board and creating a Member Profile.

2. Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member.

3. Understanding the customer requirement accurately.

4. Helping customer find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.

5. Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them.

6. Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.

7. Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right 'Elite' experience and delivering quality service.

8. Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up.

### **Skills and Competencies**

* **Communication:** Fluency in Bengali is a must.

* **Soft Skills:** Pro-activeness, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.

* **Professionalism:** Punctuality & Presentation skills.

* **Interpersonal:** High Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills.

* **Technical/Functional:**

* Ability to read/interact to understand the client requirements.

* Handling Customer Sales.

### **Education and Experience**

* **Education:** HS / Graduate (in any specialization).

* **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year experience in directly interfacing with the Customer.

* **Bonus:** Experience in Personalized service would be an added advantage.
