Shift Time: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM (IST) - Evening Shift (UK Hours)

Days/Week: 5 Days Working (Monday – Friday)

Job Responsibilities

* Conduct professional and courteous outbound survey calls to UK customers.

* Collect accurate data, responses, and feedback strictly following the campaign script and quality standards.

* Maintain accurate call logs and ensure all customer interactions are properly recorded in the system.

* Handle customer objections, queries, and rebuttals confidently while maintaining focus on survey targets.

* Achieve daily and weekly targets for call quality, productivity, and compliance.

* Coordinate proactively with Team Leads for performance feedback and process improvement.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English are a must (Verbal & Written).
2. Comfortable working in the dedicated Evening Shift (UK Hours), 5 days a week (Mon–Fri).

Other Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.

Ability to remain focused, deliver consistent results, and maintain high call quality standards.

Must be ready to join immediately or on short notice.
